| Schedule Today, the group will visit the Capitoline. Beside the Capitoline lies also Piazza del Campidoglio with a square designed by Michelangelo, the Capitolan Museum and the statue of Marcus Aurelius. After lunch everyone is going to the beautiful Trevi fountains. When everybody has spent enough time here, there will be a guided tour at Galleria Borghese. A lot of art of some famous artists can be found here. Day 11 In the morning the group will visit the Forum Romanum. After this interesting start of the morning the tour continues at Coliseum. There will be a guide here to show everyone one of the most famous amphitheatres of Italy. Lunch will be served at a restaurant in the neighbourhood. The next thing on the schedule will be the Saint Peters Basilica and Sistine Chapel. This basilica is the most important place of pilgrimage for the Catholics. A guided tour will be given at the Saint Peter Basilica. Day 12 The group will start with their last Italian breakfast. After breakfast, the group will pack their bags. At twelve o clock a touringcar will arive to bring them to the airport. There's time to say goodbye before they fly back to Amsterdam airport. |
