Actually it is those reviewers who have consistently failed to take 
temperature into account.
The electrostatic force between two fixed charges is temperature 
dependent, this is one of the inevitable conclusions, and also follows 
from special relativity. Thus I'm trumping their calls. Who will peer 
review what the peers have overlooked?  Judge the arguments on their 
empirical merit.
