   Doppler Factor = Faa/Fab
   v   = Lambda   * (Faa-Fab)
   v^2 = Lambda^2 * (Faa^2-Fab^2)
   c   = Faa   * lambda
   c^2 = Faa^2 * Lambda^2

Doppler Factor = DFa = Gamma = 1/sqrt(1-v^2/c^2)
   = 1/sqrt[(1-Lambda^2(Faa^2-Fab^2)/Lambda^2*Faa^2]
   = 1/sqrt(1-Faa^2-Fab^2/Faa^2)
   = Faa/Fab
