What, another one who wants to stand out in a lightning
storm?
Do you have any idea how much one million volts is? Chances
are you are confusing that with MeV, which isn't quite the
same thing; magnetic fields are used to accelerate
electrons, not static electric fields as Kolker was
imagining.
