Home Is Where The Wind Blows

An immortal fumble by Androcles (Sorcerer) (17-Sep-2006)

Let me think this through.
|
| If we have two points, A and B, and the distance between those 2 points
| is 10 meters, then if you move from point A to point B then back to
| point A, the length of the path you have travelled is 20 meters. TRUE
| or FALSE?

Hmm... let me think this through...

A constant velocity does not reverse. A reverse c is a -c.

We either have:
A) Light has travelled 10 meters with a velocity c = 10/t plus 10 meters
with velocity -c =10/-t for a total of t-t = 0 seconds, 20 metres in zero
time,

OR

B) Light has travelled 10 meters with a velocity c = 10/t and -10 meters
with velocity -c = -10/t for a total of 10-10 = 0 metres, in time 2t.

A is true if time runs backwards, otherwise false.

What were you saying about Virgin's sanity? Check your own.
Did Einstein lead you up the garden path with his thoughtless
experiment?
 c = 0/0.

Being sane myself, the answer to your question is B, FALSE.
