There is no "relativity of simultaniety". Einstein used the wrong paths
just as the little bellhop and 3 guest quiz adds up the wrong pockets
to make it appear that $2.00 has magically appeared from nowhere.

The observer on the train can see both sides of the embankment
observer illuminated *simultaineously*  so.. Einstein's case for an
independant notion of time is false.

There are a 100 other ways to prove both observers have a common
notion of time, but only by adding the wrong paths the way Einstein
did can you reach the conclusion he did.
