My Masterplan
Passion
My passion is traveling, but not just traveling. It is also experiencing different cultures, and seeing the world. The main reason why I love this is because I love to see what other people think, and how their birthplace, religion, and ethnicity affect these standpoints. I myself am a very opinionated person, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t take the time to listen to what other people have to say. I like to acquire new information based on what other people tell me, and I also like to get experiences with these people. When I travel I like to meet local people, and learn about them.
Talent
I would say that my talent is being an openminded person. And not letting my own opinions cloud my judgement before I get to know someone. I think this is a really important quality when it comes to experiencing the world, and getting to know a lot of people. I want to listen to what people have to say and learn from them.
Business dream
My personal business dream would have to a creative hub for artists and entrepreneurs. It would bring people of all different religions, ethnicities, and backgrounds together. But not only that. It would be somewhat of a community, where artists can sell their products, or people can express their expertise on a certain topic. It would inspire people to travel and see the world. To take note on cultural and artistical differences everywhere you go.
Definition of success
Success to me is being happy in what you do. It means living everyday to its fullest potential, and at the end of the day being happy with what you have achieved. Of course it is not realistic to have an amazing outcome to everyday, but even trying the best you can to get that outcome would be successful. As long as you know that you did everything you could do then that would be success.
Long term goal
My long term goal is to start my own business. This could be a business in anything. Ideally it would be the creative hub. But who knows what life has to offer me. My business would defiantly be something that has to do with creativity. Creativity is very important to me. I feel like it is a good outlet for your feelings and ideas. And I want to bring out the creative side in people. When am I gonna start this business? Maybe in ten years, maybe longer. Whatever it takes for me to start up a business.
Short term goal
My short term goal is to learn. As simple as that sounds. I want to learn from going to school, traveling, and meeting people. But I also want to learn from experience. I want to intern or work for a company that values creativity, and that uses creativity to it’s advantage. Maybe during the time that I am learning I will slowly start with small companies here and there, who knows. Although I do think about the future sometimes I do like to live in the present.
Actions
Some of the actions I will undertake to achieve these goals would be:
- Learning
- Getting to know the world and exploring
- Meeting people
- Finding people that are also interested in similar company ideas
- Just try to start some kind of company
Commitments
The commitments that I’m making will be to try and start a small company. Something in which I can express my own creative side and show the world what my passions are. Another commitment of mine right now is to finish school. Because not only will school grant me a degree, it will also give me many opportunities. I could study abroad, but this is also a way to learn from entrepreneurs, and this is ultimately the goal that I want to achieve, and also one of my passions.
