I become more outgoing and like to make a plan

After finsihed term 1 study, I have learnt much knowledge and skills. To begin with, in define term, I generate some ideas and find many data for my International World of Business assessment topic.I search information not only in chinese National Bureau of Statistics but also check it in IMF. Therefore, my data should be correct and believable. But I am not satisfied my topic which is chinese economic reform because I come from china and I want to be more globalization and creative. Actually, I prepare 3 topic:Greek government-debt crisis, Oil Crisis and chinese economic reform. I choose this topic as I get sick so I want to do the easily one. Furthemore, outside class, I pay attention to Euro against the RMB exchange rate as I am non-EU student and also search some information which influence the exchange rate such as Greek government-debt crisis and European immigration crisis. Because if I buy euro when the exchange rate is low I would save much money. There evidence can show I can find useful information and want to be more innovation

Secondly, in design term. I learnt how to build Business model canvas and built some Business model canvas. Moreover, even the team work is the term 2 coures, but we also do some teamwork in term 1. For example, inInternational World of Business class,there are five part of item and I and two of my classmates search information about monetary policy of the FED in the Great depression. After class, we need wrote essay combine the all five item and all my classmates put their work in facebook. So, everyone can find others' work. Then, I decide come back home in the winter holiday. Because the time is limited. So I make a schedule.

In execute term, because my parents give me money once a year. So I make a planning (budget) for how much money I can use per month. Furthermore, generally, I pay by pin because I can check my money in website and sometimes I have to pay by cash but I also write the cost item in a small notebook.

In Learn term, my English is not good enough. I need spend more time on English compare to other student. I not only do lecturer’s homework but also do some extra work. I read some CAE reading test and do it. After, I check answer and find why I make a wrong answer. In next term, after I finish the grammar book, I will write some CAE essay and give it to my English teacher.

In lead term, I think I have huge gap to become leader. I do not have leader experience and did not learn management & organization theory. But, compare when I just join the subject, I am shy to talk with others whereas I become more outgoing. I make some friends and try to find some information about my friends’ culture and countries’ history.
