We live in a society where success and achievement is everyone’s dream. However we get overwhelmed trying to fulfill that dream and somehow loose our selves. Many cultures educate their children to choose doctor, lawyer or engineer as their career path. They believe that they will be happy and live a successful life. This is not always true. Some of them become miserable working long hours not enjoying what they do. They are actually living someone else’s business dream. The average American will spend 90,000 hours in his or her lifetime working. If that's the case, we need to ensure we are using our time wisely because time is too limited to be wasted. “This is your life. You are the master of your own success. So do what you love and do it often.” What if money was no object? – Allan Watts. In this video, people portrait how your life could be if you did what you love during your life and not settle for anything just because there was a paycheck attached. The video makes you want to live a life that is larger, smarter and happier. As Steve Jobs said in his commencement speech, love what you do. It was the only thing that kept him going. He said the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work and the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. What I took from watching Steve Jobs commencement speech was to live each day like it’s your last. Your time is limited; so don't waste it living someone else's life. He saying this was like a wake up call because he died living each day like it was his last. He followed his heart and intuition. He said don't be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice and most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. If you are not maximizing your potential, then it may be a wake-up call to know that there is more you could be getting out of your professional life. In the end, we all have limitless potential, but if we aren't stretching that potential, you end up being bored and, well, wasting your true potential and impact in the world. Maximizing my potential. Well that is intensifying my abilities, skills and talents that I have. After watching Hesther Jolly map out our full potential and capabilities, it became clear that it is possible to become a big impact in society. This can come to life by visualizing your path in life, believing in your capabilities and trusting your gut. As Steve Jobs said you can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. Working and developing your mistakes from your past and showing your growth in your future. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. This approach has never let him down, and it has made all the difference in Steve Jobs’ life
