With two nationalities we had the complicated task of choosing a country to get married in. Easy, ‘Ireland’ we both shouted…. And so the Castle Oaks Hotel in Castleconnell it was. The church blessing is in St. Mary’s Cathedral, Limerick, where Edwine spent many Fridays and Sundays singing in the choir.
