MCR focuses on giving exchange students an alternative home to live in. These homes can be transported with trucks and boats to a different location. In different cities a tower can be build that allows the homes to be stacked on top of each other. This makes it very cost efficient. Students nowadays already live in containers, which makes it a low barrier to start living in them.
