Booking policy
The 11 rooms are each decorated in individual style
with original paintings, ceramics and textiles.
All the rooms have working telephones, and lock boxes for your valuables.
The rooms are non smoking and are equipped with air conditioning.
The Panoramic
Terrace
The heart of our pension is the 100 square
meter, glass-
enclosed terrace with a panoramic view of the Aegean Sea, the Old Town and the harbor. You can relax, read and enjoy drinks while looking at the beautiful view. We have a large
library of English and French books which you can borrow during your stay. The
terrace is open from 8:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Breakfast is served daily on the terrace from 8:30 a.m.
until 11:00 a.m. The price of continental breakfast is five euros
(Filter coffee or tea, juice, bread, cheese, butter, jam, milk) with a choice of
yoghurt, fresh fruit and honey. An omelette or any other style of eggs prepared
to your request, the price is six euros.

Low season is from March 15 trough June 30, 2005 and October 1 through October 31, 2005

Garden Rooms
The property is
built within a walled courtyard with lemon and orange trees and flowering
container plants.

Wrought iron
double bed with private bath and shower (bathroom is outside the room – only
you have the key.)
Air-conditioned. Small private garden behind the room for sunning and relaxing.
Low season: Forty euros one person, fifty euros two persons.

African theme decorated

In The House
Hotel Andreas is a 500 year old traditional
Turkish style house with three levels.
The highest level is the penthouse tower.
Rooms # 20, # 18, # 19 and # 21 all have view
of the sea. Rooms # 13 and # 16 have views of the old town.

Turkish style room
with loft. Windows at loft level. Two single beds downstairs and
one double bed in the loft, upstairs. Private bathroom en-suite.
Re-decorated and new bathroom 2003.
Low season: Fifty euros single, sixty euros two persons, seventy euros
three persons.
High season; Eighty euros two persons, ninety euros three persons, 100 euros
four persons.
Great room for three friends, or a couple with two small children.
Room Nessim # 17:
Triple or quadruple room.
Very large Turkish style room with fireplace. Sleeps four. Two level room air
conditioned
(one level is a loft.) Windows at loft level. Two single beds downstairs and
one double bed
in the loft upstairs. Private bathroom en suite.
Low season: Sixty euros two
persons, seventy-five euros three persons, ninety euros four persons.

Room Asteria # 18: Double room with terrace.
Aegean view with terrace for sunning and relaxing. Double bed and big window.
Sink inside the room with
stairs to private terrace with chairs and table, terrific view of Old Town,
Harbor and Turkish coast, private
bathroom down the hall (you have the key). The bathroom is brand new. Ceiling
fan.
Low season: Fifty euros single, sixty

Room Makaria # 19:
Double room with terrace.
Aegean view with terrace for sunning and relaxing. Double bed, big window with
stair access to private terrace,
terrific view of Old Town, Harbor and Turkish coast, private bathroom down the hall (you have the

The bathroom is brand new. Ceiling fan.
Low season: Fifty euros single, sixty euros double.

Room Darley # 20:
Double room.
Aegean view! Double bed, private bathroom en suite, two big windows with a
wonderful view of the Old Town.

Room Justine # 21: Double honeymoon room
(Penthouse tower).
Aegean view! Big, spacious room with king size Greek- style double bed, private
bathroom en suite,
four big windows with a fantastic view
of the Old Town, Harbor and the Turkish coast.
Absolutely the
best view in Rhodes. This is the tower where the pasha kept watch for arriving ships.
Re-decorated 2005. New bathroom, carpet, CD player, Air-conditioning.
Low season: Ninety-five euros.
High season: One hundred and five euros.

delivered to Kokkini porta. Excursions tickets delivered to the hotel.

Breakfast is not
included in the price of the rooms. It is served daily on the 110 sq meter
panoramic view terrace from 8:30 AM until 11:00 AM.

honey, fresh fruit, yogurt) is 5 Euros.

Weekly champagne
brunch and theme dinner party on the terrace. Complementary welcome drink.

Door–to-door airport
pick up: 25 €. Please note: we are located on a very small street in the old
town. The taxi drivers do not like to come all the way into Omirou str. They
may leave you at the city walls. You must insist that they enter. If you have a
lot of baggage, it is best to call for airport pick up. We can arrange taxi to
airport when you leave. We are located near the Kokkini porta (Red gate in
Greek) also known as St John’s
gate.
We can only accept cash for the airport pick fees, sorry. Thank
you.
- Minimum stay of two nights.
We can make an exception to reserve a room for one night depending on your
date (Sorry no 5% discount and no use of credit card).
BOOKING POLICY
We look forward to taking care of you here on
our beautiful island in our unique hotel located within the walls of the
largest inhabited medieval city on earth.
In order to secure your reservation we need
the following information:
1. Your date and time of arrival
2. Your date of departure
3. Your credit card information including the
number, the expiration date, and the card holders name and address. We will not charge anything to your card prior to your arrival.
And if you decide or prefer to pay in cash you may, after your arrival and your
stay at the hotel.
4. You can cancel your reservation up to 21
days before the date of arrival without penalty. By giving us your credit card
information you agree to these conditions. However, if you fail to cancel
before this time or if you fail to show up, we will charge your credit card for
50% of the total amount of your reservation. This penalty is in accordance with
Greek law and is posted on the room cards you will see throughout Greece when you arrive.
5. If you do not wish to pay with a credit
card or do not have a credit card, prior to your arrival you can send a cash
deposit of 50% via postal order or via bank transfer to our account. Please
contact me for the account information.
Since we are such a small hotel, we cannot
risk making reservations for people who never materialize, thereby forfeiting
the chance to let the room to another client. We hope you understand our
predicament. All information you send to us is kept under lock and key in the
office and is destroyed after your departure. You may send the information via
e-mail, (in two separate messages if you are concerned with internet security)
by fax, or by telephone.
