Diese Lizenzvereinbarung gilt sowohl für das Galaxytool, als auch die
Galaxytool toolbar.(im Folgenden: Galaxytool)

1. Das Galaxytool ist keine open source Software. Änderungen am Code
sind nicht gestattet.

2. Es ist nicht gestattet, das Galaxytool oder Abwandlungen
weiterzuverbreiten. Das Galaxytool darf ausschließlich über
www.galaxytool.eu bezogen werden.

3. Es dürfen maximal 10 Galaxytools gehostet werden. das hosten
darüber hinausgehender tools bedarf der ausdrücklichen Genehmigung.

4. Der automatisierte Betrieb von Galaxytool ist strikt untersagt. Die
Erweiterung von Galaxytool durch automatisierte Mechanismen ist nicht
gestattet.

5. Galaxytool ist für den privaten Gebrauch bestimmt. Jede komerzielle
Verwendung - sei es durch Verkauf von Erweiterungen oder
Modifikationen, werbegestütztes Hosting von Tools oder die
entgeltliche Weitergabe von mit Galaxytool gesammelten Daten ist
untersagt.

6. Ansprüche, welche aus einem Verstoss gegen Nr.4 und 5 dieser
Lizenzvereinbarung resultieren sind an die Gameforge AG, Karlsruhe,
Deutschland abgetreten und werden durch diese gerichtlich geltend
gemacht.

This licence agreement does apply to Galaxytool itself as well as the
Galaxytool toolbar (both below: Galaxytool)

1. Galaxytool is not open source. Code changes are prohibited.

2. It is strictly forbidden to distribute Galaxytool or modified
versions. Galaxytool shall only be obtained from www.galaxytool.eu.

3. At most 10 Galaxytools may be hosted per individual. Hosting of
more tools requires explicit permission.

4. It is strictly prohibited to automate Galaxytool in any way.

5. Galaxytool is for private use only. Commercial use, no matter in
which way (e.g. selling of expansions or modifications, advertised
hosting, selling of data acquired by Galaxytool) is strictly prohibited.

6. Claims related to No.4 or 5 of this licence agreement are
transfered to Gameforge AG, Germany and will be enforced by law.
