  This module does not need any installation and is active by default

  To toggle the module being active, open the 'hcl.php' file in the module's
  directory and change

  $GLOBALS['conf']['modules']['osTicket']['active'] = true;

  to

  $GLOBALS['conf']['modules']['osTicket']['active'] = false;

  or vice versa
