In "Prison Break: The Final Break" the viewer finds out what happened directly after the events in the final episode of the show "prison break" before the "4 years later" jump. Following their pardon by the government, Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) and Sarah Tancredi (Sarah Wayne Callies) get married but things quickly take a turn for the worst when Sarah is arrested for the murder of Christina. Michael soon devises a plan to break Sarah out of the high security prison she was put in, but time is not on his side. Danger follows Sarah into the prison and her life is on the line.
