## SETUP

~ installation guide ~

1. upload webSPELL 4.0 clanpackage to your serverdirectory.

2. for unix-systems it is highly necessary to chmod the directory /install and the files step04.php and step05.php to 777. otherwise you won't be able to continue the setup.

3. open _install.php or install/index.php in your internet browser and follow the instructions.

4. if you're updating to the latest webSPELL version, choose the listpoint matching your current webSPELL version

IMPORTANT: If you're using webSPELL 3.1 and want to update to the latest version, you have to select "update from webSPELL 3.1"

and then submit the form by hitting the button labeled "Start MySQL Installation"!!

5. after the setup has finished, it is highly recommended to delete the /install - directory from your server!!

6. Enjoy webSPELL 4.0, your webSPELL-team
