| In het prachtig lente decor met fris jong groen kruipt het smalspoortreintje van de BOB vertrokken uit Inter- |
| laken-Ost door het Lütschental richting Grinderwald. De Berner Oberland Bahn onderhoud spoorverbindingen |
| vanuit Interlaken-Ost richtingen Lauterbrunnen en Grinderwald v.v. Vanuit Interlaken-Ost vertrekt een gecom- |
| bineerde trein samenstelling naar Zweilutschinen alwaar de combinatie gesplitst wordt. Het Lauterbrunner deel |
| vervolgt zijn weg rechtdoor en het Grinderwalder deel vervolgt links zijn weg. Vanzelfsprekend worden de |
| retourtreinen richting Interlaken-Ost in Zweilutschinen gecombineerd. De BOB is voor de beide plaatsen van |
| groot belang in het toeristisch verkeer in de zomer maar nog meer in de winter wanneer de wegverbinding |
| moeikijk toegankelijk is. |

| In
a beautiful spring surrounding with young fresh
vegetary, a small narrow gauge BOB-train creeps from
Interlaken-Ost |
| through Lütschen-valley in the direction of Grindelwald. The Berner Oberland Bahn maintains railway liasons from |
| Interlaken-Ost to the directions Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald and backwards. From Interlaken-Ost two trains, coupled |
| together depart to Zweilutschinen, where the trains are being separated. The Lauterbrunnen part continues its way in a straight |
| direction, where as the Grindelwald part turns left for the remaining part. Of course the trains back to Interlaken-Ost will be |
| combined again in Zweilutschinen. BOB has an important role for both resorts because of tourist traffic in summer, but |
| especially during the winter, when the roads are less accessible. |
