I was really into the subject of “What’s in my backpack” this week, even though I was tired, I don’t know how to explain but the discussions that we had, and the things I learned were very inspiring and I paid attention to everything. First of all we learned about more the “Golden Circle” the key of this is the three questions: Why, How, What, the basic question for a business man and the all people. After we talked about a little we watched a video about the Golden Circle, and how the 3 questions affect your lifestyle and your decisions. For me the video had a great impact because I understood more about the efficiency of these questions and the impact that they have on people.
After the Golden Circle we talked about our pitch and we had to complete 5 sentences:” I believe in…, I aim for…, I’m good at…, I bring…, And Proof”. At first it was tough for me to think about this, because I have never thought about this, but everything has a start so I began to think and overthink and think again and finally I had an answer and I was impressed of my hard work and I think that what I wrote characterizes me perfectly. The whole idea of discovering yourself and your talents strengths, and what to do in the future get to me, catches me in a grasp and I like it. It makes me want to come to class to listen and want to improve myself and have confidence in my dreams, my talents and my strengths. This week I got more confident in my thinking and in myself.
We had a discussion about: “The goal is to do business with people who believe what you believe.” This sentence has so much relevance, I don’t know for the others, but I know a little bit about this subject. This sentence applies in everyday situation and you can see more and more people that are mad, upset, sad because they don’t do want they desire. Or even worse, they work with people that are not on the same page and drags the person down with them.
This week was more about us, about our talents, about our future and in my opinion this was one those lessons that we learned more about life than the theory part. To make things clear, all of the things that we did we learned we wrote was more about yourself to know you.
