Masterplan

Passion: I have a lot of passions but I think that I will talk about 3 of them because they are in top. I will start from the third and finish with the first. My third passion is to travel; travelling in countries that I have never imagined that I will go gives me chills. By now I visited Israel, Egypt, France, Austria, Netherlands etc. but I want to visit more but everything flows around money and if I don’t have money I can’t fulfill my passion. I know that is an expensive passion but one day I want to complete it by all means. The second passion that I have is water polo and swimming. At the age of 4 my parents went to me to a swim class and from that age till now I go swimming every summer or every time I feel down. Water polo started when I was a freshman in high school because my cousin is a water polo coach and he knew that I love swimming so for the next 2 and half years (almost 3) I played water polo. The first passion is dancing, like literally I love to dance, when I was young I think 10-11 years old I went to a dancing school. It was super how can your body make such movements such art, so I started doing for the next 3-4 years dancing, but eventually I needed to stop because I was starting to neglect school. I regret it because it was my way of escaping stress nerves and loose some steam. Anyway when I get the chance to go with my friends in a club, most of the hours I dance.

Talent: My talent I think is that I am an open minded person and I don’t get mad or upset when you criticize me or you don’t like my way of saying things and I am friendly person and try to adapt in every situation.

Business dream: Honestly, I haven’t thought about my business dream. I had a dream once when I left Romania and it consists of me finding a job at a multinational firm or company and then open a restaurant or a café back in Romania. And I want to do that because with some exceptions the service and the staff in some places is bad and they make you feel sad and that you are not important and that is not the professionalism that they talk about on their webpage or in their review book.

Definition of success: My definition of success is when you accomplished your dreams and your goals and you have a decent job and you are above average and more, financially speaking , your success, soul, heart is fulfilled.

Long term goal: I have never thought so intense about a long term goal, and honestly I don’t know now, but I want to finish my study and get a job and start living on my own.

Short term goal: For the short term goal I want to adapt to this kind of study in IBIS and to get along with everyone and try to get out more from my comfort zone.

Actions: My actions is to stop partying that much and focus at least 3-4 days of the week on school materials, projects, and assignment. And I need to leave my comfort zone.

Commitments: I have 2 commitments:

- That I don’t neglect school, the projects, and the assignments.

- And to finish this 4 years of IBIS so I can prove myself that I am no longer a child.
