The last lesson of writing is thinking we were talking a lot about reflecting and learning how to use it. We started with a video, which was telling us several factors about the current situation with learning. In education is the only thing they measure your IQ. But what if it depends on much more than your ability to learn easy? This is where Grit comes in, it is sticking with your future, day in day out, for years and working really hard to make that a reality. But the thing is that talent does not make you grit, it isn’t even related to it. The lady of the video also mentioned the growth mindset: the ability to learn that is not fixed, it can change with your effort.

And that was the end of What’s in my Backpack. In the beginning I didn’t was too much interested in it, but as time passed by and we made personality tests, I got more and more involved. Some of my business personality characteristics are still visible for me, even in private life. But it’s a good thing, because now I can figure out how to get the maximum out of it.
