Verhaal |
A runaway car plummets downhill with a baby inside. From nowhere, Cody Banks (Frankie Muniz) chases it down on his skateboard, rescues the baby, and disappears before anyone can thank him. Cody looks like a typical skateboarder, but he’s actually a teenage 007 working for the CIA. Even his family doesn’t know he’s being trained by Ronica Miles (Angie Harmon) for his first assignment, pretending to be a student at an exclusive prep school to get invited to Natalie Connors’ (Hilary Duff) birthday party. Her Dad, Dr. Walter Connors (Martin Donovan), has invented a new nanobot designed to clean up oil spills, but Brinkman (Ian McShane ) has fooled Dr. Connors into working for ERIS, the Seattle equivalent of SPECTRE, and plans to use the tiny machines to rule the world. One thing Cody can’t do – talk to girls. But he gets invited to the party, where he finds Dr. Connors, in spite of a double agent (Harry Van Gorkum ) and ugly bad guy Molay (Arnold Vosloo). Amazing gadgets, a spectacular mountain chase, and Cody saves the day, blows up the secret lab in the Cascade Mountains, and actually talks to the girl. |
