A customer brought his system back because it didn't boot. We opened the system and saw the cooler hanging on one cleat, the other cleat was gone. It looked like the CPU exploded. The core was stuck to the heatsink, and the fan on the heatsink was partly melted (did still run though). Pictures and story received from René.
