This is the story of the Postma familiy.
A family of hardworking entrepreneurial people, who
no doubt
wanted the best for their children. Their kids all had
own talents and deployed their own initiatives, but deeply disagreed
on fundamental issues during World War II. This drove them apart so
much that some of their children never met their grandparents and
cousins never heard of each others existence. The events of the
warperiod have had consequences as far reaching as today, for ever
changing who we are and how we view life.
Believe it or not.
A sad story, which started off so hopefully at the
beginning of the 20th century, here:
