1976-1977

This year, the E.S.C. Drama Society energetically plunged into something that should have been their 10th production, namely Albee's A Delicate Balance, under the direction of someone named Ricardo Anasagasti. Due to incompetence on behalf of the director, the whole project was abandoned a fortnight prior to the first performance. This caused the society's dramatic two-years' silence, only to make a come-back in 1978-1979 with Table Manners, by Alan Ayckbourn. (source: Icebreaker, Vol V, 5, March 1979)
