Elektrovojvodina
The installations in this Art Program (1995-2001) can be seen in direct correspondence to the background of a piece which had been produced under the title "Elektrovojvodina" by the contemporary music composer
Stevan Kovacs Tickmayer / Orleans, France.
WORLDWIDE TRAVEL
is designed to be an installation composed of a window-like object (88 x 175 cm) in a non-existent room. The semi-transparent object should be spanned between imaginary walls on which hundreds or thousands of faces of deceased persons, scanned from the obituaries of a local newspaper, are projected. Inherent references to the meanings of such terms as "disappearance," "transitory" and even "decomposition" indicate the continual transformation and the deep crisis of universally understood global values.
The small-sized temporary installations and the additional para-documentary photos produced in this Art Program - because of their nature - may not be adequately presentable as compatible elements in an info-sphera, where there are predefined definitions of an expanding reality. (> examples)
