Nederland

Amsterdam

1967-68

Travelling all working in Spain, France, Belgium, Scandinavia, searching an interesting place to practice the arts, I arrived at the end of 1967 to the Netherlands.

For the first couple of weeks I stayed with David van Duuren and his family.

Ateliers63

Haarlem

1968

Sharing studios and living space with many other young artists exploring the Arts under the trained eyes of contemporary Dutch masters among Edgar Fernhout, Ger Lataster and Carel Visser.

Living in the beginning with as few as 15 Guilders a week I appreciated the numerous feasts and parties where I could also get trained in beer tasting what can feed a man by it self.

Dennenheuvel

Heemstede

1969 - 1974

On the generous invitation of Hans Rhodius I could live and work for several years freely in the huge old family mansion situated in midst of a unique park.
